I'm currently trying out a few things in Windows 10 Edition, and in a survival world of mine I can't set the respawn point when I go to bed or when I right-click on it during the day…
Maybe someone can help me
Try / spawnpoint
It needs time to get to bed, then when you lie down you wake up the next morning and you have a spawn there.
This is considered a cheat and is therefore not possible
Maybe you're in hardcore mode, just like survival, only that you can't respawn after death
P.S I play the Java edition of Minecraft and not the win 10 edition, so it may be that the hardcore mode is only for the Java

Please note that Windows 10 Edition is also known as Bedrock Edition.
And it doesn't have the same functions as the Java Edition.
As if you have cheats out?
What comes as an error message?
