How do I set up world guard?

Hi, there's a large list of flags in World Guard [Plugin for Minecraft Server].

And I've already posted several things, including block-break. But when that's inside, pressure plates don't work. Is there any flag for that?

/ rg flag {name} use allow

Then the players can interact with printing plates, buttons, etc.
