Minecraft no longer goes to SSD after system clone?

I installed an SSD and copied my HDD onto it and put my HDD back and tried to start Minecraft but it wasn't java, it was not and yes I completely reinstalled Minecraft including the .Minecraft folder.

The .Minecraft folder has also been redesigned

Uninstall it again correctly and then reinstall it. The old file path is still saved somewhere in a configuration.

What exactly is not possible? Is there an error or is the launcher not starting?
