I read on the internet that after downloading OptiFine I have to run it. But with which program? I have already downloaded the latest version of Java (64 bit) but I can't select it with "Open with". OptiFine will now always open automatically with Internet Explorer.

I already have Minecraft Java, can someone help me and explain how to get OptiFine in Minecraft?
