I bought minecraft Microsoft Store 2 hours ago. So far everything worked until I looked 2 minutes ago. It was on the bar Download is starting… HONEST NOW?! 2 HOURS NOTHING HAPPENED? I have already looked at the Microsoft help website but nothing could help me…

I would be very happy to get an answer. And that the question is taken seriously, because I'm very frustrated and spent 30 euro on it.
