Windows Explorer loads in an endless loop?

Now every time I go to Windows Explorer, everything loads in an endless loop and is very annoying there, I do minecraft with mods and the like, be it in CSGO hacking or something else. Someone suggested solutions

In this case, restart first.
If the problem is not resolved then run CHKDSK on the drive.
