Why is my PC restarting after a slow start?

My PC was running really well, but suddenly my FPS in Minecraft, Fortnite, and so on. Less and less… When I reset my PC, he ran well for a week, but then the FPS would be worse again… Why can that be or how can I do it remedy?

Processor: Intel Core i5 7400

8gb RAM and a 128gb SSD and a 1tb HDD

Did you forget to install the drivers? If not, it might be because of the new nvidia drivers because they are several fps at benchmarks
