Acer nitro 5 can't be connected to Wi-Fi?

I just started my Acer Nitro 5 laptop and wanted to play Minecraft online, but I noticed that the Wi-Fi wasn't working, so I restarted the router because I thought it was the Wi-Fi router, but it still said "none Ethernet "under the Lan cable symbol. I think it's the laptop because I can still access the internet with my cell phone. Even with my mobile hotspot it says "No Internet, secured". Yesterday everything worked perfectly, but not today. I've owned this laptop for about 8 months and had no problems at all, except when I bought it, a few keys couldn't be pressed, which is why I had to have it repaired.

I would be delighted with a Really HELPFUL answer.

No internet means

You are connected to the router and
The router has no internet.

My suggestion is to unplug the 12V from the router and plug it back in. If then no connection is possible, contact the provider.

PS, if you offer internet via hotspot with your smartphone, you can do this via your SIM card and not via the router!

Only the laptop shows that there's no internet, I'm connected to the mobile phone and have internet!

And even with hotspot it doesn't show internet!

This only confirms that your devices are working. Your provider is down.

i have the same issue however it extends to other wifi routers and the internet still works for the most part despite saying "no internet, secured"
