Sapphire RX 5700XT Nitro + clocks at 50-165 MHz in Minecraft?

I installed the Sapphire RX 5700XT Nitro + on my brother today.

He has a Ryzen 5 2600x and a Msi B450 A Pro, 16Gb Dual Channel 3000Mhz RAM in the XMP profile.

Now he had complained to me that he had less FPS than with his 1060 6GB. In games like Minecraft, CsGo, Fortnite, Rainbow Six Siege etc.

I looked at all the settings. And seen that the clock of the GPU always changes between 50-165 MHz.

Do you have a solution for me?
