Selling a paysafecard to a 16 year old?

I would like to buy a 25 euro PSC. Only as I've heard in most posts sell most dealers until they are of legal age, but some of them sell to 14 year olds. On Wikipedia is that I fall under the pocket money paragraphs and thus can't exceed the limit of 50 €. Especially a Paysafe account can be created at 16. I would a tank sell a PSC rather than, for example, a discount store.

Because the sellers go there massively after the appearance. They do not always want to control your personal details, even though they really ought to.

There's no fixed value for the pocket money paragraph. Small children usually get less pocket money than teenagers. When an 8-year-old child buys a nintendo switch, that's different than when a 17-year-old "child" does.

As you say, some do not sell you some. That depends entirely on the seller. Even if it was legally ok.
