Don't let Minecraft animal babies grow?

So I have so nh ask. Is there a command with which you can't grow up babies in minecraft tier babies? I think you understand what I mean. Me and a friend wanted to give birth to a baby polar bear forever and we're asking ourselves whether there's a command
