The Java version is completely separate from the other versions.
I'm not 100% sure about the Xbox version because I don't own one myself - but I think the Windows version can also be bought separately. However, if you buy the Bedrock version on Xbox, you can also download the Bedrock version on Windows 10 from the store, provided you are in the same account

Just because you have this on your phone doesn't mean you have this on your PC. You can only transfer your account.
