I wanted to get the pe version for Windows 10 on the pc and am now on minecraft Windows 10 mobile in the micosoft store and bought it.

can you play it on the pc? Or is it just for windows phones?

and if not where can you get the mc pe for a Windows 10 pc?

If you have logged in to Mojang with your MC account you can use your code on profile. After using it you can download it for free. If you do not have an MC account you have to buy it in the store.
