I somehow activated something in Minecraft and now everything is read out loud by the PC whenever I move the pointer over a surface, how does that work?
Either you go to the settings and search for speech output, or you press CTRL + b

I myself saw this attitude even today. If you click on the little man in the start screen of Minecraft, you will come to an area of the settings in which you can activate or deactivate this speech output. Please do not forget that this setting is not available in the Minecraft Launcher, but in the Minecraft Game.
