Minecraft doesn't run smoothly (why)?

I have had a problem for some time now and when I play Minecraft, I have 10-15 fps every 5-10 seconds and then it runs again. This is only the case with Minecraft, everything works with others, only with Minecraft I have the problem. Does anyone know why?

Try another world or see what is going on in Task Manager.

If necessary, reinstall it.
