I would like to know if it is copyright infringement if I build a map in Minecraft that has to do with magic and a magic school where you learn to do magic, especially because of the school. The reason would be that you can do what you want in the private sector first. You could also paint a picture of a "magician" and hang it on the wall - as long as you don't reproduce and sell it, that's allowed.
