I would know if I can build a castle where you can learn magic and then have to defeat an evil magician. So can I build my own story with magicians and a magic school and then they make a map outside in minecraft and then play and upload it on youtube. Because there's the same with wizards and the school with Harry Potter and it is then stolen so build the wizarding school as a castle.
You can't protect ideas like a magic school. So from there you have no problems. How it works with minecraft, i.e. What they allow you to use and adjust, I don't know.

Then you are safe there. As I said, such ideas are not protected. Not even because they are very successful. Potter is neither the first nor the last wizarding boarding school. You just can't use names from there.
