Which CPU to stream and gamble?

I wish for Christmas a new CPU for streaming and gambling and can't find exactly what. But what makes more sense to stream + gambling. Mainly I play Fortnite and Minecraft. The choice would be an AMD Ryzen 7 1700x or a Ryzen 5 2600x.
