PS4 stutters sometimes?

My PS4 jerks every now and then when I play e.g. Sims 4 or Minecraft (not with others). Can I fix this if I delete a few games? And if not, what can I do so that my PS4 no longer hangs or jerks?

Deleting games should have helped, I haven't tried it myself

So on the PlayStation at Sims you can't change the graphics, you can only do that on the PC. And I would have a lot of games that I could delete, but only want to do it if I know that it will also make the game run more smoothly.

You can change the resolution from the console. In the settings above, quite far to the right. Not exactly in my head now
