Minecraft: Why aren't Item IDS displayed on newer versions?

When I play on 1.12, F3+ H IDS shows eg # 0015 and not older ones like eg 1.13. Why?

I think they removed that. I'm currently playing on 1.14.4 and you can no longer see it there
