I'm currently the owner of the domain "minecraft.tel". How much would this domain be estimated value?

Ask Microsoft if they want to buy the domain.

Otherwise probably not much, because the naming rights are Microsoft and the domain should not be used commercially.

I think that if you say this to Microsoft / Mojang, you would not give it much now, just try it. I would be curious how they react 😁.
