Minecraft / title Name of the person?

I would like in a / title command the name of the person who executes the command (by pressure plate)

/ title @a title {"text": "Welcome @p", "color": "red", "bold": true}

So instead @p the respective player name

If it does not work that way, I'd rather fix it with a plugin.

/ title @a title ["", {"text": "Welcome", "color": "red", "bold": true}, {"selector": "@ p", "color": "red", "bold": true}]

Really anyone can download plugins from the internet (own programming is okay and cool) … You can also find your own solutions.
