Show CPU on website?

Is it possible to show your CPU performance etc. On a website? E.g. With a Minecraft host website such as Nitrado because you can see the CPU performance and I want it on my website.

If it is PHP then just say that it is only via php (my hoster does not support php)

I would recommend a VServer anyway or if you want to do it really professionally and have enough money to get a root server, you have to be familiar with Linux. Then you can do the whole thing based on php even though php and JavaScript are now a must for a website.
