I play Minecraft on Hypixel Housing and made a lot of "friends" there and we built quite a bit together.
Actually, I wasn't going to play video games anymore, but I was just bored.
Now I don't want to go online there anymore, but my housing is there, I have to be online so that they can build on it. They all asked me when I would be back online. Said I can't tomorrow
Do you think it's OK if I just can't get back online without feedback? Because then I would have to wait until my "friends" come online if I want to cancel all of them…
When I play, I want to play when I want and not be dependent on anyone or anything.
This is the online world. Especially in a game, you don't have to be accountable. This is play, hobby and leisure. If it fits OK, if not then not. Social addiction should not be underestimated
I would either come online or tell the others the truth. If you just go offline and never come back, your friends are likely to be worried and totally sad.
