Is it possible to add Minecraft ZIP files to the IOS Pocket Edition?

I would like to be able to use this .zip file (https://thejocraft.de/.cm4all/uproc.php/0/rfp/Redstone_Freizeitpark_1.12.2_Vollversion.zip?cdp=a&_=1694da010d4) from TheJoCraft in my Pocket Edition. Unfortunately, all attempts have failed so far. Can someone help me there? That would be nice. I'm currently using IOS 12.3.1 on my iPhone 6S and I do not want to jailbreak my device. I also do not want to take risks.
