Best minecraft shader for pc?

I would like to use a shader for my PC but I don't know which one is good with which you can have a lot of FPS.

Does anyone know a good shader with which you can get 144 FPS?

Version: 1.16.4

Specs:

12x Intel (R) Core (TM) i7-8700 CPU @ 3.20GHz

GeForce GTX 1060 6GB / PCIe / SSE2 4.6.0 NVIDIA 456.71

to 1920x1080 (10 GB RAM allocated)

With sildurs shader you get a good performance

There are extra shaders that are made for "weaker" Pc's and therefore don't pull all of your FPS's.

Just google it, there's a certain selection.

I asked the same question once and someone suggested SEUS. I downloaded it and I'm pretty happy with it.
