Minecraft with shaders is lagging despite a good gaming laptop?

I would like to play Minecraft with shaders, but my laptop lags a lot with shaders and my FPS are always below 60.

I have an Intel Core i7-9750H Core and a GeForce GTX 1660 Ti as a graphics card, as well as 16 GB of RAM. My GPU is 100% busy according to Windows Game Bar. Java draws 6.5 GB of RAM, I don't know if that's normal either. I don't know why I have such low FPS, especially since e.g. Warzone runs completely smoothly on the highest settings. Can anyone help me further?

Shader badly optimized I think or your driver

Du

Minecraft is processor lasted and with a shader you can get to 60 fps, which is normal, especially with laptops, but that's not bad either, I could also play Warzone perfectly high settings

Driver is up to date. I have no idea what the problem could be, FPS are also below 60 for every shader, regardless of the Optifine version

Just set your render distance down. Then it should run more smoothly.
Otherwise, try a different shader

But I don't even have 60 FPS with me, that's exactly the problem.

I correct, my Minecraft sometimes does not even reach 30 FPS.

Oh then you might have to reconfigure it
