What is my village and what should I build? Minecraft?

The village is indeed… A bit small but I have worked hard.

Playing time about 20-25 hours

Size of the village: about 500 × 400 blocks (if that's correct I do not know exactly)

Inhabitants: 100-150 villagers (celestial city included)

What else can I build?

I know the heavenly city is not good but it's still under construction (all the pictures are strangely gone, so all the pictures are in response below)

But there's still a lot missing… Since you can theoretically make a lot more…

Plus, the bigger, the better…

But quite good for a beginner. Try to build a realistic village or even a whole country.

This does not look like a village to me, but to a mischief of shapes and figures clapped together indiscriminately. There's no harmony and atmosphere.
Try to be more realistic; even sky cities would not be flying buildings but would probably stand on something.
