It is not imported for me although I extracted it and dragged it into the resource pack. Why is that I can't play the shader?

For shaders you have to install optifine https://optifine.net/.../downloads

Optifine is a kind of "driver", so to speak. If you have installed Optifine just use the! Unpacked! Put shaders in the "shaderpacks" folder…

No. Shader can only be installed in the Java version
