That depends on the component. The PC doesn't just consist of a graphics card and processor

I think that one can assume that the integrated graphics unit will be the bottleneck here.
I think on low settings, i.e. Everything on fast, instead of nice, without shaders, I could possibly imagine that with slight stutters. But probably not much more than that. But it depends on the other components + age of the PC
I agree. 16GB can't save much there either.
Then why do you ask what the rest of the pc looks like? Google and the terms "UHD 630", "Benchmark" and "Minecraft" should answer the question more than adequately.
I didn't ask, I just made a statement. When it comes to that, MC also worked for me on a 1.2Ghz processor, but that was years ago.
