Change Minecraft version mac?

I only play Minecraft for a few days on my mac and wonder how I can continue to play an older version of Minecraft such as 1.15.2 despite the new version

You have to go to installations in the MC Launcher. Then on New and there you can choose any version. To save. Next to games you can go to the arrow and then choose the installation. Finished.
