Minecraft harmful to the Mac I specified temperature, etc?

I have the new MacBook M1 (Air) and wanted to play Minecraft on it in addition to working. Well, Minecraft is "harmful" to the Mac, especially to the battery and consumable parts.

I took care of the battery by only playing Minecraft on the cable.

But now my question: I have attached a picture of the temperatures of my Mac when I play Minecraft for half an hour.

Are these temperatures ok, even if they are like that for 1-2 hours?

What temperatures should I not expose my Mac to for an hour a day?

I used to have a 17 Mac Air and it was always very hot (up to 80 ° C) and the fans ran like there was no tomorrow. Now I'm afraid that this will happen to me too (even if the temperatures are lower)

Thank you for your answers!

I think 40-50 degrees is a bit high but not damaging your PC. If it is 60-80 degrees, I would rather leave it or look for a solution on the internet.

How did you get the idea that Minecraft is "harmful" for your device?

Even with my Alienware, the more power the device needs for an application, it doesn't matter which one, the fans jump on and do what they should. Namely saving the device (the CPU / GPU) from heat death.

Even my iMac from 2011 (i7 and the medium-sized Radeon GraKa) starts to get a little louder with a certain load. My MacBook Pro Late 2013 had exactly the same characteristics.

Either man uses the appropriate "gaming fan socket" for gaming at Lappis, but I find it too expensive. That's why I use the 2 trivet made of silicone from Ikea to ensure air circulation between the table and the device. Then there's no heat build-up.

With my MB Pro, however, I know from the past that it didn't even work on my lap after a certain amount of heat. But this is a well-known Apple problem, willingness to compromise between design and decent cooling.

If you are now afraid that your device will "break during use" you should probably leave it off and just look at it "?!

The thing just gets hot even when you're playing something else. It's just more of a workhorse than intended for gaming.

OK thanks. Well, don't you read about the faster wear of parts in extreme heat? I want to use the Mac primarily for work anyway

The temperatures are absolutely okay, I can guarantee you that it won't break.

Shouldn't sound stupid now, but that's almost everywhere, even with the engine of a car (at full load), even my Dyson vacuum cleaner gets hot at some point when vacuuming in turbo mode. Locomotives have fans, power packs get warm, etc. There are certainly a thousand other examples.

When performance is called for, you need "energy. Now don't make yourself crazy about such a" triviality ".

Ok, thanks, that calms me down a bit
