Meanwhile I'm really desperate… With my hardware (more details will follow) I don't have a smooth game experience in any game, even in games that should actually run on every PC, like CS: GO and Minecraft. I tried countless things like a clean Windows 10 reinstall or things like Driverbooster etc, I even ordered a new mainboard and CPU cooler, which didn't change much in retrospect. In Cs: GO I always have the stutter when I shoot opponents, they stand in front of me or when I'm in deathmatch and a lot of people shoot. In Fortnite the lags mostly express themselves in the endgame but also when jumping out of the bus and in Lobby. It is not uncommon in both games that I also have quite high fps, but the game does not feel smooth and stutters.
I have already replaced and renewed a lot of parts and adapted a lot in the Nvidia Control Panel, but ultimately nothing has helped drastically.

My CPU never gets over 60 degrees and my GPU rarely, but sometimes up to 85 degrees (in normal operation around 30-40 degrees Celsius)
