I want to get Minecraft back on my laptop. But how?

I had bought minecraft before but I do not know how to get it on my new laptop without having to pay again

You have an account with Minecraft.net. You can simply download the game there. Login and play with the credentials dan in the launcher. If you no longer know your credentials, you can use the email you used to buy to reset the password and assign a new one. If you do not have access to it any more and do not know the access data, then you have no choice but to buy or remember something new.
