The best Minecraft Youtuber right now is BastiGHG.
He is super personable and funny, does what he wants and it's just fun to watch him.
Nebelniek used to be absolutely awesome, watched every video and still love him, but unfortunately no longer a real Youtuber.
Stegi is also an absolute legend, I've been watching it for 7 years now. Mega personable and if he would do weekly videos again, probably the best Minecraft Youtuber for me.
Otherwise, Paluten, Gomme and unplayed are also my 3 favorites that shaped my childhood.
Basti, Fabo, Hugo, Norman. In this order.
I never actually watch Nebelniek, Stegi and more important, but they are legends. Especially NebelNiek's Skyblock Videos and Stegi's Varo Tode.
Not anymore, but his PvP content was quite acceptable.
