I plan to buy the Minecraft Java Edition over the Internet, but I don't know whether it will be transferred to my other Microsoft devices. This would be the case if I were to buy Minecraft from the Microsoft Store.
Hi, if you buy Minecraft once in the browser, you can download it again and again on all computers. I would recommend Java to you as the Windows 10 edition is not very good.
If you get Minecraft from the Microsoft Store, you get the Bedrock Edition. Get the Java version from minecraft.net
You will only be able to play the Java version on the PC.
You can play it over the Internet on all PCs you have, and Java is better than Windows 10 because you have more options with mods and servers. You can also get the Bedrock edition from the Microsoft Store. But if you want to play with people who play on cell phones, tablets, Xbox, switches and PS4 you should get this edition (Bedrock) because you can also play games like Bedwars or Skywars on servers like Lifeboat.net
You can only buy Java on minecraft.net. If you log on to another PC with your minecraft.net acc, you can download minecraft again, so it works on all PCs.
Thank-you
