Black white colors at Minecraft. How does that work?

On my Minecraft see Tab on the scoreboard and chat only black and white colors. Can anybody help me with this?

Incompatible Texture Pack maybe? Not compatible shaders?

I have no shader and the texture pack I have not changed since 4 months

You have the supersecret settings enabled press f5
