I'm not familiar with amd processors but the graphics card is not particularly good. That said, when you play it doesn't look too good. 120gb ssd isn't that much either. That's why I wouldn't recommend it to you.

The graphics card and RAM is the bottleneck. With about 1 GB of graphic RAM, you won't get anything these days.

Graphics card is stupid. Simply too little graphics memory. (Some of your titles won't work with it, you'd better take a GTX 560 Ti or a GTX 660, they don't cost anything and should somehow manage all games there, even if on the lowest settings, Overwatch, Sims and Minecraft should run on 1A)

Thanks, one more thing, you will be able to play the games with a 300 euro computer, but not on high settings, depending on what you have for requirements, my old GTX 660 had at least got Apex on FullHD and low settings smoothly.
