Heyho Good question community, after almost 4 years with my office PC (which itself already failed because of Minecraft) I decided to build a gaming PC from scratch. For the money you may currently get the graphics card, either have to wait or be satisfied with a weaker one for the time being

Yes for 1500 euro it is still realistic to put together a pretty good PC. I would recommend you to get everything on the Mindfactory site, which is one of the cheapest hardware online retailers, because I bought almost all parts for my gaming computer there. So from the composition everything is okay, the mainboard fits the CPU or is it an AMD socket, so mainboards with B450 or B550 chipsets are pretty good. Yes, with graphics cards it is already difficult because of the bottlenecks, but the RTX 3070 is currently available on Mindfactory for 599 euro to get to 1500 you would just have to save a little on some other parts, e.g. On the mainboard because you could instead use the Gigabyte Aorus b450 Pro get already costs 10/15 euro less (have this motherboard too, by the way) is also a gaming motherboard. With the Cpu you can also get the Ryzen 7 3800x is also a corner cheaper, but slightly slimmed down but also has a pretty solid performance I also have this CPU and am completely satisfied with it. So you have to search a bit to find a bargain.

With the graphics card you have to look what is there. You won't get an RTX 3070 for 700 euro.
Would there be a variant of the motherboard with built-in Wi-Fi? Or is there a Wi-Fi chip? Unfortunately I can't use a LAN.
