Minecraft is out of memory?

My setup in advance:

CPU: Amd ryzen 9 3900x 12x 3.8ghz

GPU: Nvidia GeForce RTX 2070 Super 8GB graphics memory

Ram: 2x 8 gb 3200mhz clocked up in the bios

These are the main components.

I have the problem that Minecraft is laying on almost all shaders. I have all settings on the highest settings, but Minecraft has already been assigned 8GB Ram.

While playing, my CPU is used on average 30% and my Gpu 60% but still only have around 20 fps for the shaders.

This can be due to the lack of shader support. Funnily enough, I heard something similar from a friend with a 2080S. Try these things:

Try another version of Minecraft.
Switch off texture packages.
Install the latest Nvidia driver.
