Low fps despite low utilization in 2019?

Since today I have a problem with EVERY game and any benchmark.

No matter which ARK or MINECRAFT game I have 1FPS

but the graphics card is not busy… Here in the picture, for example, only 500MB memory use…

I have not worked with graphics cards for a long time and am still not so well-established with the heart rates etc.

Does anyone know why that does not work properly?

I had a windows update a day before; it might come from but it worked before the update…

A 1050 is very weak, but more than 1 FPS should already be in it. Do you also have the latest drivers from Nvidia?
