For Minecraft

Both are 50 euro

Both are pretty bad, and won't be enough for current games

There are various rankings for graphics cards. You use them as an aid and then look at the prices.

A vega 56 or a gtx 1070ti are still okay and can often be bought for less than 200 euro

If it should / must be cheaper then a gtx 980ti or a rx 480/580 would probably be an option

How is a r9 290 4gb

On a level with a gtx 970, maybe slightly over it, that would also be ok
