Play Minecraft with two different editions?

Hi. My girlfriend and I would love to play Minecraft together. However, I have the Bedrock Edition and they have the Java Edition. Can we still play together? LG. Kathi and Jasmin.

I don't think that will work. But I'm not 100% sure: /

That's fine.

You have to create a server for the Java Edition, with Paper as the server software. And then install the GeyserMC plugin.

The easiest way to do this is on Aternos.org: https://aternos.org/...s.org/:de/

Register yourself
Create a Server (Java Edition)
Click on the links on Software and then install Paper / Bukkit for the 1.16
Then click on Plugins, search for Geyser (or GeyserMC), and install that
Start your server

Finished. With the server address (usually yourusername.aternos.me - you can see if you click on Server on the left), you should both be able to join the server.

OK thanks. And who exactly has to do that among us? My girlfriend with Java or me with Bedrock?
