Is there a way to somehow make obs less performance-guzzling?
I mean, when I normally play Minecraft WITH shaders, I have around 20-30fps, but when I start OBS and even take out the shaders, my Minecraft only has 0-2fps, which is not so nice for streaming now. How can I fix that? Unfortunately, I can't afford a better PC.
I use the following shader: Chocapic13 V7.1.1 Lite or Chocapic13 V6 Lite
Here are the specs from my PC:
Processor: Intel i5-4300U (4 cores)
Graphics card: Intel HD Graphics Family
RAM: 8GB
Drive: Crucial 500GB SSD
Sound card: Realtek HD Audio
What have you set in obs?
does the cpu go to 100%
more information is needed to be able to help here.
I guess your PC is overwhelmed with it because it is pretty weak for such tasks. Since you will hardly be able to do anything other than reduce the recording quality.
In obs I have the stream quali on 720p, no the cpu stays at 50-80
