External graphics card?

Is there anything for my laptop (Lenovo T440) where I can connect another graphics card? I have an Intel i5 pro, 8GB RAM and a 500GB SSD, but an Intel HD Graphics Family🙈 Would like to have better Minecraft graphics etc. And upgrade the PC somehow, which is otherwise not possible because the graphics card is permanently installed.

I would say you buy a desktop gaming PC or a better laptop, there's no other option.

For an external dock you would need Thunderbolt, which is difficult, and it is absolutely not optimal and incredibly expensive.

Can you recommend any good components for a desktop PC? Should be cheap and less than 500 euro. But first of all thanks for the quick answer!

You might need a special interface.

Then you also need a card with which that works and all GPUs are very, very overpriced.

Then you have to buy a power adapter. And somehow connect it to that.

It is also very awkward you have to put the gpu somewhere and psu without a case.

For 500 euro it will be difficult.

Right now all things and most of the GPUs are very overpriced.

If possible, I would wait a few more months until the prices settle down and still save.

Few euro every month and you can get a better one.

Otherwise I could just build something for you with an Apu if you absolutely want to gamble at least Minecraft and some harmless graphics games.

Eg Csgo will also go on it. And older story games.
