I know it's coming late but I used to play Battlefield 4 and Minecraft on the Ps3 and would like to transfer my progress from the Ps3 to my Ps4 (at bf4) and buy Minecraft in the store for 3.99 euro (which should work).
My main account on Ps4, which has PS plus, is not the same as my main account on Ps3. I registered my main account on Ps3 on my Ps4 but I don't find my progress in Bf4 or Minecraft in the store for EUR 3.99. Anyone have an idea how I can get the problem solved?

Yes, it is the same store.
This is not because you can't transfer your progress across accounts.
In itself it goes from PS3 to PS4, I did it with Minecraft as well as with BF4.
The 3.99 at Minecraft only apply to the account where you bought the PS3 version.
Minecraft is different on ps3 than on ps4
On the ps3 it says "Minecraft Playstation 3 Edition"
And on ps4 "Minecraft PlayStation 4 Edition"
My account on the Ps3 on which I play Minecraft is on my Ps4, only this one does not have PS Plus (if this info could be important). Nevertheless, the game is only shown to me at full price.
And with BF4 there's the same problem. I go to BF4 on my original ps3 account that I registered on ps4 but none of my progress is there…
But that should actually be possible. Maybe the offer was limited in time?
Log in to Battlefield via the browser (on the PC), I think you could transfer your progress there at that time.
