That depends entirely on the server. As a rule, nothing should be lost there. But better inform the server if they use any plugins that use the name.
Each MC account has its own ID (UUID). It never changes, even if you change the name.
So now it depends on the server. If your plugin connects your plot with your name, you will lose your plot. However, if your plot is saved with the UUID, nothing happens.
Honestly, every server should use the UUID, everything else would just be stupid.
So for large servers you should be able to assume that they use the UUID.
If your plot is so important to you, you should ask.
