I would like to know if there's any hack client / bug / program. Which allows me to dupen Minecraft items on grief games or opsucht or building addiction.

I could well imagine that there's a duplicate bug in Minecraft, but this has certainly already been fixed by Griefergames, and I would be very careful with hack clients, as they sometimes steal your account, so I would be very careful.
So as far as I know, duping doesn't work (anymore).
But you can use X-Ray in the nether to see quartz. That doesn't work on the upper world.

If the whole thing were so public that you would find out about it here, then the bug would have been fixed long ago. If a duplication bug is found, it is either kept top secret by the finder, or the admins get wind of it at some point and fix it.
Make friends with former duplicators, and if you're lucky, they'll find a new hole and tell you about it.
You could also check the inventories of all players, maybe you will discover a duplicator. That's how I got exposed back then (also on Griefergames). You could then ask them about the bug and 'blackmail' them with a report.
