Keyboard w and space does not work?

I bought a gaming keyboard yesterday and noticed that w and spaces didn't work. That can't be ghosting because it's a GAMING keyboard. In most games you need the space bar as a jump and w as a forward runner. For example, I can't go up mountains in minecraft, I have to jump and run first. Or in cod I can't jump by walking which is annoying.

Can you write normally with W and space bar? So e.g. To write a text?

Is that only in certain games?

Then bring the keyboard back to the seller, that's good!
