Update Minecraft and the offline?

I have the following problem and although I currently have no internet at home. To pass my time I want to play Minecraft, which is already installed on my PC. I want to play the game on the current version. Can I download somewhere the current version as a folder on my phone and pull it on my PC and slide into the version folder? (My pc has krein wireless adapter, only LAN)
